Users: You, the individual or entity using Vectra Pay's services.
User Information: Any information provided by you to Vectra Pay
Confidential Information: Information not publicly available, relating to Vectra Pay's business operations, technology, or customers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Vectra Pay's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Account Creation and Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the services only with parental consent.
Vectra Pay prohibits multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
4. Payment and Subscription
Fees: Vectra Pay's fees are outlined in our subscription plans.
Refunds: Vectra Pay reserves the right to change fees, but will provide notice, and non-refundable fees are specified as non-refundable.
5. User Information
Accuracy: Vectra Pay is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of User Information.
Security: Vectra Pay will use reasonable efforts to protect User Information, but cannot guarantee complete security.
Changes: Vectra Pay reserves the right to update or delete User Information at its sole discretion.
6. Vectra Pay's Rights
Account Suspension/Termination: Vectra Pay can suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, applicable laws, or safety reasons.
Fees Revision: Vectra Pay may revise fees for our services, providing notice.
Service Modifications: Vectra Pay may modify, suspend, or terminate services, with or without notice.
Communications: Vectra Pay may send important updates and communications. Users can opt out of marketing communications.
7. Use of Information
Internal Use: Vectra Pay may use your information for internal analysis and service improvements.
Third-Party Sharing: Vectra Pay may share User Information with service providers for service delivery on a need-to-know basis, or as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vectra Pay's liability for damages is limited to the fees you've paid for the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vectra Pay from any claims related to your use of the services, including violations of law or third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
11. User Generated Content
Vectra Pay does not pre-screen user-generated content. You are responsible for the content you submit.
12. Intellectual Property
Vectra Pay owns the intellectual property related to its services.

Vectra Pay provides information for general knowledge only and is not liable for inaccuracies. You are responsible for evaluating the information and making informed decisions.
